Lance Camper Wiring Harness Recommendation
Question:
Hello, I have a 2019 F-350 with the in bed camper plug receiver . What wiring harness do I need for a plug and play set up to power my Lance camper going down the road ? It is important to note this is a Lance 835. This camper does NOT hang off the back side of the truck. This camper does NOT block the trucks lights and does not have lights on the camper

There is not a plug and play adapter for your Lance connector that we are aware of. Typically this is installed by the Lance dealer.
A junction box/7-way plug kit like # HS381-9000 is an option you have to convert the camper to match the 7-way RV blade type connector format. This avoids the extra connection points and potential trouble spots from using separate adapters. These items use different wire colors so be sure to follow the wiring guide for the specific kit you select.
The camper wires need ring terminals like # 44-5310A (for 12 and 10 gauge wires) and # DW05702-1 (for 16 and 14 gauge wires). These leads from the camper will join up with the included 7-way blade-style plug inside the junction box.
You will want to check with your local Lance dealer for the installation if the above is not something you're interested in.
