Mounting Hole Width Of Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver For a 1997 Dodge B3500 Van
Question:
Just took my 1997 Dodge B3500 Extended Body cargo van to a shop here in Phoenix and they said the receiver they got would not fit my van 4inch short in width and he could not find one that did. Do you have a receiver that will fit and can you supply me with the dimensions? I cant seem to find that information. Thank You

Expert Reply:
Our Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13041 and # 13590 that are designed to fit your 1997 Dodge B3500 Van both have a width of 40" from the bolt hole center to bolt hole center.
The Curt # C13041 is to be used with a standard bumper while the Curt # 13590 is for vans with a factory step bumper.
