Is there a conversion kit for smaller 1.75inch axle?

There is not an over-under kit for a 1-3/4" diameter axle, but I would be happy to piece one together for you. You will need to following components:

Spring Seat # TRSS175, and U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-10. The spring seat will need to be welded to the top of your axle by a qualified welder.

The Spring Seat for Typical 8,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles with 3-1/2" Diameter part #TRSS350 is designed for a 3-1/2" diameter axle so the opening of the cutout/arch is 3-1/2" which you can see in the photo below.
