I no longer get rolls. Now it's loose in a box, dirty, and finding an end is nearly impossible. Plus, it is really hard to use when not on a roll. I had my first order replaced but the second looks the same (see photo). It's stretched out, pinched, and deformed, dirty, and impossible to use without a roll. My customer service rep told me she couldn't do anything about it and recommended I write a review. So, if you like a mess in a box, this is the item for you now... MEH.
Used this to replace the sun damaged roof trim on my Cirrus 920 Truck Camper. It's the right product but very difficult to install and very poorly packaged. It was all twisted and the profile was flattened, which required a lot of untwisting and pinching to snap it into the metal roof channel. Installation instructions would have been appreciated. Requires patience and a lot of trial and error to install.
My original order for the trim was short. I placed a call to customer service and she said they would ship a new roll of trim to me no charge. She did as she said and I’m very happy with both the product and the service at etrailer. So much so I ordered a bike rack holder for my rpod.
Have yet to install the product, therefore, unable to validly rate .

I noticed on my travel trailer that this vinyl insert was cracking. So I ordered and received 100 feet of this 1" wide trim. I pulled the old out and inserted the new. Very easy and looks great. I recommend this for anyone needing to replace theirs.
The trim did the trick, I was a little surprised it did not come a roll, but it was easy to layout straight to make it easy to work with.

It was stuck in a box with a million knots. Had to untangle and leave in the sun because it was so badly bent.

Product was received in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Updates on product by the shipping staff and customer service was excellent.
This was easy to install as long as you take the time to let it heat from the sun. I put approximately 60’ in new in 2 hrs. Fixed my issues in one afternoon. Highly recommend.

I ordered 100 feet but should have ordered less. That is my fault but I have plenty should I need more in the future. I have already installed the trim with no problem in a relative short period of time. All's well that ends well!!!
Easy to install. Has significant shrinkage in length once exposed to solar rays. Leave extra length (pigtail) for a few summer weeks then final trim.
Aftr allowing it rest in the sun to soften this was very easy to put in.
Product photo show it rolled on a possibly cardboard round container. My arrived in a box and looked like it was cut, wadded up and tossed in, took a while to untangle. Other than that, it is easy to work with and install.
THe vinyl trim insert has held up great with no signs of sun fade or loss of shine.
I needed a longer length of cameo vinyl molding and etrailer had what I needed in stock. Reasonable fast delivery and cost.
The product is good, it came all tangled up in box and was hard to work with.
Looks like it will work fine. I was a little disappointed with how it was packaged: loose in the box and jumbled up. One of the box corner silver staples was also in the tape. How'd that happen?
