I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA as a replacement for your Dexter 5200 axle. This kit is self adjusting and work with 14.5-16.5" wheels. The brake assembly is the 12"x2" that you need and attaches to the axles 5 bolt mounting flange.

If you are also needing a hub/drum assembly the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # K08-201-98 or # 8-201-5UC3 may be the correct one for you. The first one is for E-Z lube axles and second for standard axles with a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern and 1/2" studs. To confirm the correct fitment for your specific axle you will either need to verify the spindle bearings and grease seals on your axle or I can look up the correct assembly based on your axles serial number. If the axle is older than 2001 you may have to measure your spindle. The serial number can be found on the axle data tag or stamped into the axle tube on the rear of the tube approximately 18" from the hub.

The hubs come with Inner Bearing # 25580 with a inner diameter of 1.75", Outer Bearing # LM67048 with a inner diameter of 1.25" and a Grease Seal # RG06-070 with a inner diameter of 2.25".
