Yes. The Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover - 8 on 6-1/2" Bolt Circle - ABS Plastic - Chrome - Qty 1 # PXQT765CHN typically will fit on 13/16" lug nuts; when you convert to metric that's about 20.5mm, so the .5mm would be within the margin of error to fit in the lug holes on the hub cover.
