Yes, as long as you have an Under-Bed rail system like the part # RP30868 installed in the bed of your 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD then the Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled 5th Wheel Hitch # RP30144 that you referenced would install and work well for you.
If you have a 6 foot bed you will need a slider hitch to make tight turns with out cab interference. For that you would want a Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # RP30144 instead.
