Does this A35RD545E or any other off road suspension system allow for off road tires such as a tire 35 inch by 1 foot wide? Thanks!

There is actually a Timbren system similar to the one you mentioned that is designed for use with off-road tires; it is a 3,500 lb rated system that has a 4 inch drop spindle and is compatible with electric brakes:

- Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Drop Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 3,500 lbs # TASR35HDS11

This is for wide, off-road tires, and you can add electric brakes as it does include a 5-bolt brake mounting flange. For the correct hub and drum with electric brakes, what you will need are the following parts:

- Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 42866UC3-EZ

- Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-105-106

- Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies # BRKH12

- Brake Adjustment Spoon for Drum Brakes # W80630

There's no reason you couldn't install either the Timbren Axle Less part #ASR5200S04 with 4 inch drop spindles or the part #ASR5200S01 on an aluminum framed trailer.
