Thank you for the photo, that was helpful, and while there are no specific replacement parts for your trailer, there may be an option that will work. I say "may" because there aren't brake kits for 5,000 lb axles, and I'm not quite sure what the dimensions are of your brake mounting flange.

If that flange has holes spaced 2-7/8 inches apart on center, and your hub has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, then you can add a rotor and caliper brake kit for 3,500 lb axles, the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 # K2R35DKG.

If you aren't sure what your wheel bolt pattern is, I have added a link below to a help article which tells you how to determine it.

Should your hub be larger, with a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, then you would need to have new mounting flanges welded on, the 5-bolt Brake Mounting Flange # 4-44-1.

This would allow you to mount the rotor and caliper kit rated for 5,200 to 6,000 lb axles, the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 12" Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 # K2R526D.

I have added some links below to video reviews and an install of the latter kit for you to check out as well.
