Recommended Hubs and Brakes for a Timbren ASR5200S01
Question:
Good Morning, I am working on a custom trailer application for a client and am interested in using the Timbren 5200 pound axle less system for it. Is there a way that I could get 3D models of the 5200 pound rated assemblies, the appropriate electric brakes, and drums for the purposes of designing and being able to accurately layout the rest of the design phase? Any help, advice, or direction on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention on this matter.

I can definitely suggest the hubs and brakes needed for the Timbren # ASR5200S01 Axle-Less Suspension set up. I did also include a few technical diagrams for you to take a look at as well.
The Dexter Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-201-5UC3 will be a good fit, but the seal that is included will need to be changed to # GS-2250DL. The seal that is included is a little too small for the spindle. This will also have a 6 on 5 1/5 bolt pattern for the wheels.
The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Brakes # 23-464-465 will be a good fit as well. These are rated up to 7,000 pounds per axle and will handle whatever you need it to.
