I really appreciated finding this somewhat difficult part to find. I had parts disappear from my roof rack, not sure if someone took them, or they just fell off, and only needed certain parts. Most stores were only interested in selling me an entire new rack, which wasn't what I was looking for. I will definitely come back here if I need roof rack parts in the future. If parts are needed quickly, I would pay for expedited shipping next time. I didn't need the parts immediately, but they did take a while to deliver, but again, wasn't a problem for me. Local bike shop could not find replacement parts. Thule website did not offer replacements either. Had resigned myself that it was time for a new bike rack. Until etrailer. They had everything I needed, super cheap, and they got here fast. They even called to confirm shipping address. I will buy all my replacements here from now on.399210

Helps to have extra parts for my Thule rack! I have a teenage son and he and I both use our rack- and sometimes, we are not the best at caring for our rack! Having a space clasp helps to keep us biking like we like to! 756687

Product still going great, now I push the strap down in front of the cross bar so it cant slide backward and fall off.

It is so nice to have a place to get replacement parts. Someone gave me a bike rack missing parts and I was so happy to be able to find what I needed to fix it properly.273499
