Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2002 Volvo V70 XC / XC70
Question:
I have been told that there are no trailer hitches compatable for a Volvo XC70. Is that true? If not do you have a hitch and all the requisite parts for it? Thanks in advance.

So your 2002 Volvo XC70 is also known a Volvo V70 XC and that is how it is categorized by the manufacturer.
I Recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12318 for your Volvo that is rated to tow 3300lbs .This is designed to fit all models of the 2002 V70. It is a Class II hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver for trailer towing or adding bike racks or cargo carriers.
If you are pulling a trailer you will need a Hopkins Active Tail Light Converter with Install Kit # 46255 to give you a 4-way flat trailer connector.
There are several draw bars and ball sizes available like the # C45572 for the 1-1/4" receiver and I can help you identify the correct one for your particular trailer application.
