Does Curt Trailer Hitch # C15511 Fit 1996 Ford F250 XLT with Deep Drop Bumper

Will the Curt 3-Piece Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15511 fit my trucks frame. I already measured the of the bumper at 5.5 inches from the bottom of the frame to the bottom of the bumper. Does this receiver also work with the frame width?
