Can u tell me the demensions of the hitch for 96 f150 with step bumper

It looks like you're asking about the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # BWHDRH25122, for your 1996 Ford F-150. You didn't say exactly which dimensions you're looking for but I went out to the warehouse and measured the mounting hole spacing. If there's another measurement you'd like just let me know what it is.
From center on center the mounting holes towards the front of the truck to the center holes is about 11-3/8 inches. From the center hole to the hole nearest the rear of the truck is about 5-3/4 inches. Then from that most rear hole to the end of the receiver tube is about 12 inches.
I also measured across and they're spaced about 35-5/8 inches from one side to other, center on center.
The bolts holes themselves are slotted, side to side, and measure about an inch.
