Why Does Tekonsha T-One Connector 118760 Not Include 4-Pole Mounting Bracket?

Why doesnt the wiring harness come with a Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat?

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118760 you purchased does not include a 4 pole mounting bracket as most customers with a 4-pole connector use the dust cap to secure the connector to the safety chain loops on their hitch when it is not in use, and would not use a bracket.
If you would prefer to mount the connector you will need 4-pole mount # 18144 and if your hitch does not have a built in bracket for the mount to attach to you will also need no drill mounting bracket # 18140.
