Curt Trailer Hitch & Trailer Wiring For 2017 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
Hello! Looking to get the Drawtite hitch for my 17 tacoma SR - and i need the wiring hookup...not sure what i need..can you provide a parts number so i get everything i need? i have a plastic piece beside my license plate but nothing is there... I am sure i need the wiring hookup and connector :- Thanks!!!

We can get your 2017 Toyota Tacoma set up with the Draw-Tite trailer hitch as well as a 7-way wiring harness. The plastic piece you mentioned is for the factory harness, so we won't actually be using that, as the wiring harness is something we can actually mount right to the hitch. So here is exactly what you'll need:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13264
- Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness - 7 Way Trailer Connector # 22117
Though the title of the 7-way says "OEM Replacement" it would only be a replacement if you already had a 7-way and is the correct part for adding a 7-way. You will also need mounting brackets, the No-Drill Mount # 18140 with Mounting Bracket for 7-Way # 18138.
