The best place to check to see if a vehicle can be flat towed behind a motor home is the owners manual. I found one online for the 2013 Fit from Honda and it states that you can tow the vehicle behind a motor home. There are special instructions for the automatic transmission you will want to look at so be sure to check your owners manual.

You will need 5 items to flat tow your fit. First you will need base plates, # BX2253. These provide a safe mounting location for a tow bar. For a compatible tow bar there are several options. If you want something economical then go with the Adventurer, # BX7322. It has a 5,000 pound capacity and the coupler fits on a 2 inch ball. I have linked instructions for you.

Next you will need safety cables. You can use # BX88196 which have a 7,500 pound capacity.

The next item you will need is a lighting solution. Blue Ox recommends the incandescent bulb and socket kit # BX8869. You would also need to add a 4-Way round wiring kit # BX8861 or 6-Way round, # BX8862.

If you do not want to drill into the tail light housing of the vehicle then using a kit like # PE26UR that you referenced would be the best option.

Finally, most states now require supplemental braking on the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is going to be the Blue Ox Patriot, # BLU37TR. This is a proportional system that will apply the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
