Here are the steps to prepare your 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend for flat towing. The transfer case and transmission will be in neutral with the ignition off. This information is in your owners manual.

Switching Neutral Tow On
1.Switch your vehicle to accessory mode by pressing the push button ignition switch without pressing any pedals.
2.Press the 2H button on the four-wheel drive mode control.
3.Fully press and hold the brake pedal and shift the transmission to neutral (N).
4.Using the instrument cluster controls on the steering wheel, select Settings.
5.Select Neutral Tow.
6.Press and hold the OK button until a confirmation message appears in the information display.
Note: If completed successfully, the information display shows Neutral Tow Enabled Leave Transmission in Neutral. This indicates that your vehicle is safe to tow with all wheels on the ground.
Note: If you do not see a confirmation message in the instrument cluster display, perform the procedure again from the beginning.
Note: You may hear noise as the transfer case shifts into its neutral position. This is normal.
6.Release the brake pedal and leave the transmission in neutral (N).
7.Switch your vehicle off by pressing the push button ignition switch once without pressing any pedals.

First you will need either the Base Plate # RM79RR for the factory plastic bumper or the Base Plate # RM92ZR if you have the Ford Modular front bumper. I recommend using the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676 as the arm bodies have an aluminum construction to help resist corrosion. It also has built in LED lights which make it much easier to connect or disconnect in the dark. You may need a High-Low adapter like the 4" # RM-048-4 to keep the bars within 3" of level from your motorhome to the front of your Bronco.

The Roadmaster Accessory Kit # RM-9284-2 will contain locks, lube, a case, cover and most of the wiring you will need. You will need to use either the Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RO54FR or Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage Incandescent Tail Lights # RO34FR in place of the standard diodes in the kit. And a Battery Charge Line # RM-156-25 is going to be needed to prevent draining the vehicle battery by the supplemental braking system.

If your motorhome has air brakes you will want the Air Force One # DM26VR otherwise the Stay-IN-Play # DM86VR is used on motorhomes with hydraulic brakes. Both these systems are installed on your Bronco and do not require removal when not flat towing. I feel the Demco are the best units available as they do not require removal and installation. They also install the main unit under the hood so you do not loose interior storage.

@Janet I wish I had a better answer for you but if your 2023 Ford Bronco is acquiring mileage when being flat towed that is how Ford designed the odometer to always record mileage even when the engine is not running. You can discuss this with your Ford service department to ensure this is normal and verify if there is anything you can do to prevent it.
