How to Determine if Curt MV Weight Distribution System C17050 is Correct

I have a Thor Chateau 24f. Ford 350 It has a tongue weight of 480 lbs and a GVWR of 12,500 lbs. Im looking a getting an H&H 8.5 x 20 trailer. Do you have one you recommend or would this one be ok - TW - C17050

In order to determine if the Curt MV Weight Distribution System - Round Bar - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # C17050 is correct, you'll need to know the loaded tongue weight of your H&H trailer, which you can get with the etrailer Tongue Weight Scale # e99044.
If it is between 500 lbs and 600 lbs (and your hitch is rated for that much tongue weight with weight distribution) then you can use the Curt # C17050.
If your total tongue weight is different you would need a different option, and should that be the case I have added a link below to our entire selection of weight distribution hitches or you can let me know and I'll try and find the best option for you.
