Does Install of Draw Tite Hitch for 2008 Toyota Highlander Require Removal of Lower Panels
Question:
The installation instructions for Part 75726 2008 Toyota Highlander DrawTite Hitch only says 9 reinstall the passenger side appearance panel. Can the drivers side appearance panel be cut and reinstalled or is there another concern I am not aware of?

According to the install instructions you mentioned the passenger side panel gets reinstalled but the driver side would be left off when you install the Draw Tite hitch part # 75726. If you wanted to come up with a way to modify the driver side panel so you can install it again I am sure there's a way but at this time we don't have a recommended way to do so.
