Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch Recommended for 2021 Ford F-250 With Factory Tow/Prep Package
Question:
2021 Ford F250 6 1/2 Ft Bed. Is the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs. compatible with my Fords factory installed Puck Mount System?

It sounds like you're speaking of the Reese # RP30051. The hitch/square tube slider would work in your truck, but you'd need the # RP30156 adapter. The # RP30156 installs into the pucks, and provides rails for the # RP30051 to attach.
Rather than going that route, I'd suggest a better hitch that wouldn't require an adapter like the Curt A16, part # C16520-16020. The Curt A16 uses a round tube slider that will not bind like the square tube sliders can. The hitch also uses an interlocking jaw that makes 360° contact with the king pin for a smooth ride with less clattering and banging than you'd experience with the less sophisticated jaw system used on the Reese hitch.
If you don't already have a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, and you'd like to install one, you can use part # 50-97-410-010.
I've linked you to a demonstration video for the hitch I recommended and to an install video for the trailer connector/wiring harness.
