With a factory trailer harness all of the wires you are looking for are at the back of that plug. To keep from splicing into the wiring harness there or tying up the plug itself you can use a T-Connector to duplicate the signals. The best way to accomplish this is to use the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector part # HM41158. This can be placed between the factory trailer harness and plug giving you the wires.

You will unplug the factory connector from the rear of the trailer connector place this in between then reconnect the original. This will eliminate the need to splice into your factory wiring by using this as a tap. This was the shortest one I could find but it can be cut to whatever length it is you need to cover.
