I can make sure you get the correct wiring harness to install a trailer brake controller on your 2021 Honda Odyssey.

The best way to know if your 2021 Honda Odyssey has a 4-way trailer connector is to check the fuse panel in the rear driver side of your vehicle and check if the blue connector has a wiring harness attached to it or not. You can see the blue connector I mentioned at 2:52 of the Tekonsha # 118781 installation video I attached.

If you find that you do not have a 4-way harness you will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118781 which will install into the blue connector I referenced.

A trailer brake controller will require a 7-way connector to be installed. You will need the # ETBC7 for a traditional trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 or # ETBC7L if you are going to use the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180. Both kits will install onto the 4-way connector of the Tekonsha # 118781 and includes everything needed for the installation.

If you have do not have a trailer brake controller yet I have two options that I recommend.

For a traditional style brake controller I highly recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 which will mount onto your dash, and offers and easy to read LCD screen and built in diagnostics which uses easy to understand readings to alert you to any issues.

Another great option is the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 which will install in the 7-way connector of the vehicle and is controlled by your smart phone. This option is great since you can use the # ETBC7L which wont require you to run a blue trailer brake wire into your vehicle and keeps you from having to drill holes in the interior of your vehicle.

If you do not have a trailer hitch receiver yet I recommend taking a look at the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98855.
