Will the Reese Goose Box Air Ride Coupler Adapter Create Bedside Clearance Issues
Question:
I have a 17 F350 Shortbed with the factory puck systems and upgrading the #1621HD on our fifth wheel. I currently run a AUH and concerned about upgrading to the 94720 and clearances on my bed rails and tailgate Can you advise regarding fit? I also have a Pace Edwards ultra groove rolling tonneau that adds a about 2 inches to the rail height.

The Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter part # RP85FR will have similar dimensions to the pin box it is designed to replace. Therefore, if you didn't have any issues with clearance for the bed rails and tailgate before it is not likely you will after installing the adapter.
That said, I have attached a drawing below with some dimensions that should help.
