If you are looking for a backup camera installation on an Aspen travel trailer, the backup camera can be wired one of two ways. You can connect the camera power wire to the reverse light signal if you only want the camera for backing up. Alternatively if you want the camera to serve as an observation camera as well as a backup camera you can connect the camera power wire to the running light circuit. This will give you that constant power instead of only when your vehicle is shifted into reverse.

It really comes down to personal preference as to which wiring option will best suite you. The Bargman connector you referenced doesn't have the traditional color connections, so with that particular harness you would connect to the yellow wire for reverse signal and the green for running light signal. I've attached a wiring diagram to help with the more traditional color functions to assist if you have a more standard color code or if you just want to go by location/function versus color.

If you want to connect a vehicle camera system for a 2007 Chrysler Aspen, the same options are available you will just splice into the vehicle side of the trailer connection. If you want a camera system that doesn't require splicing, I recommend the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002 which will plug into the factory 7-way behind the connector.
