Yes. The Curt # C13416 has been confirmed as a fit for the 2021 Toyota RAV4. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a concealed cross tube, so you'll have a bit less worry about bottoming out and dragging the hitch when going over speed bumps or backing out of a steep driveway.
