Can the Curt C18085 Carry an ElliptiGO 8C
Question:
I am trying to confirm if this rack will work with my 2006 Chevy Uplander with a 2 inch receiver and my Elliptigo 8C bike as well as my wifes standard mountain bike? Here are some size specs from the Elliptigo site: photo uploaded Wheelbase 54? 137cm Total Length 75? 190.5 cm Weight 44 lbs 20 kg Operating Height 50-58? 127-147 cm Storing Height with front wheel 32? 81 cm with steering extender Storing Height no front wheel 27? 70 cm with steering extender Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have a possible solution for you.
First, though, the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # C18085, will not work with your ElliptiGO 8C. The reason is because your bike doesn't have any tubes to latch onto, and the wheels are not large enough for a wheel-mount.
Instead, you will need to use a fork-mount on your roof. For a single one of these, we have the SeaSucker Talon Roof Bike Rack, part # 298-BT1004. This uses suction to attach to your roof, so you won't need a roof rack. I've linked to a video review of this below.
The great thing about this is that you can use a much simpler rack for your mountain bike. I recommend the Rhino-Rack 2 Bike Rack, part # RRRBC045. It's a hanging-style rack that can handle 2 bikes up to 33 pounds each. I've linked to a video review of this one as well.
