Ground Clearance With Round Bar Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Hitch for Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
I am planning to install this on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for towing a 19ft travel trailer. With how far the bars hang down do you think there would be any issues with ground clearance?

The 600 lb tongue weight round bar Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Hitch # FA94-00-0600 will hang down about 2-1/2 inches underneath the head system, and for an SUV like your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee there is likely not going to be any clearance issues, though there is no guarantee of course.
The best option - both for clearance and ease of install - really is the 600 lb tongue weight trunnion bar Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Hitch # FA92-00-0600.
This does not extend down past the hitch head at all, and is easier to install because it slides directly into the head unit as opposed to having the bars go underneath the head, which can be more troublesome. So while the round bar system will likely be just fine with an SUV, I do recommend the trunnion bar system.
With either you will also need a hitch ball, with the size depending on your coupler, either the 2" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6080 or 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6100.
