Troubleshooting Display on Control Panel of Lippert Ground Control 3.0

hi dealing with the Lippert jack system on our Jayco pinnacle 38flsa- it has no led readout on the control just backlight I can coax all the jacks up or down but I think the wonderous led is dead am I right and how much thanks

If the fuses are fine, check the positive 12V circuit feeding the Control Panel, and make sure you're actually getting 12 volts, also check all the ground connections to ensure they're secure.

As a last ditch effort, Lippert suggests removing the power supply for a few minutes, then reconnect to see if a hard reset will fix the problem.Check the contacts on the connector on the rear of the unit, and make sure they're clean.

If this doesn't fix the problem, then you'll need to replace the control panel. Assuming you have the Lippert Ground Control 3.0, you'd need # LC421484. I've linked to a product description video featuring the replacement control panel.

The Replacement Auto Level Control Panel for Lippert Ground Control Leveling System part #LC421484 is just a newer version than the one you have now and can be used as a direct replacement. I was able to confirm this with my contact at Lippert.

Sometimes the displays of the Lippert ground control systems need to be reset. Try unplugging the control panel for several seconds and then plugging it back in. We've seen just doing that alone fix most of the problems with the control panels.
