You'll need to measure the hub bore with a digital caliper, since they're measured typically down to the 1/1000th of an inch. The pilot hole of the # 274-000039 is 4.88" as you've noticed, and if you've measured the 4-7/8" hub bore or pilot hole with a tape measure or ruler, it's likely that your 4-7/8" is actually 4.88" or 4.9" and the wheel will work for you.
If you measure and find something different, just let me know and I can look to see if we have something else that will work for your application.
