I appreciate Kyle‘s return answer is there anything a little less expensive that will fit my truck? I don’t like the bolt together one . thank you for your help

There are heavy-duty Class V trailer hitch receivers that fit your 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 LD, though the hitch you mentioned is only a fit for the 2500HD model. You need to have the standard factory bumper on your truck, and if you do, then there are two Class V hitches that fit:
- B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V - 2" # BWHDRH25217
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V XD - 2" # C15323
