Fitment of Older Yakima and Thule Systems on a 2014 Nissan Frontier and 2015 Ford C-Max

Question:

I am looking to update 2 older rack systems to fit my current vehicles. Can you help me figure out what to buy? I also have photos if you can tell me where to send them. Yakima system Update to a 2014 Nissan Frontier king cab naked roof and utili-track system from a 2002 Ford Ranger, 1 roof rack and 1 bed rack. Thule system Update to a 2015 Ford CMax with a panoramic roof from a 2001 Honda CRV.

Thank you for all of the info and the pictures! When I looked at everything it sadly looks like none of your current older equipment will fit your newer vehicles save for the Thule bars on the C-Max.

For your 2014 Nissan Frontier you can either use a 1 or 2 bar roof rack with a load extender or a ladder rack (or by itself) if you want. Here is a list of the following:

2-bar roof rack:
54" Vortex Crossbars - # RRVA137B-2
2500 Series Legs - # RRRLKVA
Fit Kit - # DK374

1-bar roof rack:
54" Vortex Crossbar - # RRVA137B
2500 Series Legs - # RRRLKVAH
Fit Kit - # DK374

Load Assist and Support - # RTL002
or
Ladder Rack - # Y01151-5868

For your 2015 Ford C-Max you can still use your Thule square bars with the Inno Feet # INSUT and Fit Kit # INK623 as long as your crossbars are at least 54" long. If they aren't then you'll want to upgrade those as well to part # INB137.
