The best trailer hitch option for a 2018 Toyota RAV4 is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13406 as it has a hidden design and offers a bolt-on installation. That said, it does have the larger 2" receiver tube opening. I understand you have a bike rack with 1-1/4" shank but you can get an adapter for this (Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # HT02) assuming the bike rack did not come with one as most do. The larger 2" receiver tube opening will offer more capacity and a much greater selection of accessories if you choose to get a new bike rack or use a cargo carrier for example.
If you are just looking for a trailer hitch with 1-1/4" opening you can use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12108.
