Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13067 will use 1/2 inch 13 x 1-1/2 inch and 1/2 inch 13 x 1-3/4 inch carriage bolts. If you want the complete factory hardware kit use Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK.

When installing a trailer hitch on a 2013 Ford Edge like the Curt part #C13067 the lower fascia does need to be trimmed as the fascia is different like you said. If you check out the picture I attached you'll see exactly how this is done.
