From the information that you gave me the correct replacement suspension kit for your Heritage boat trailer is the Dexter Heavy-Duty # K71-359-00. The equalizer uses the same dimensions and it's meant for 33" axle spacing as well. The only real difference is that your shackles show 3" for the bolt hole spacing while this kit is 2-1/4" on center, which might actually benefit your situation since your leaf springs are making contact with your trailer frame.

Ideally your suspension should never make contact with your frame like that and the only reason I can really see that happening is if you're going over some pretty severe off-road situations.

One other thing to look into is to make sure your trailer is loaded properly. You should have 10-15% of the loaded weight sitting on the tongue, which you can verify using a scale like part # e99044. With the correct amount of tongue weight and your trailer parked on level ground your equalizer should be parallel to the ground.

If your leaf springs are still making contact with your frame then you may need to get longer hangers welded to your trailer.
