I have attached a link to our selection of leaf springs for 6,000 lb trailer axles. You will just need to filter through them to find one that is the correct length and width of what you currently have.
For example, the part # e34SR is 25-1/4" long, 1-3/4" wide, and is rated for the 6,000lb axles that you are looking for.
To order 12 of them you simply need to change the quantity box to 12 before ordering.
