Jack With Wheel Compatible with 500 Gallon Water Tank Trailer
Question:
I have an ABI 500 gal water trailer that I would like to fit with a wheeled jack instead of the standard pedestal style jack. The trailer weighs 1600 lbs and with 500 gal of water, it would be about 5600 lbs. Can you suggest the jack that would be appropriate to use for this rig

For your trailer, the best option for a wheel is the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211. This is rated for up to 5,000 lb trailer with 500 lb tongue weight. This is due to the pneumatic dual tires. Most trailer jacks with wheel are only rated for about a 1600 lb capacity maximum due mostly to the plastic wheel.
