I have a 2018 Yukon SLT with factory air ride system. How do I properly set up the hitch with the air ride system?

When setting up a weight distribution system like the Curt MV Weight # C17063 on a vehicle that has air suspension setup on it the key is to first to set the tongue weight on the vehicle first so that the air suspension activates and then once it's settled you'd need to go ahead and set up the spring bar tension of the system.
