For your 2002 RAM 2500 long bed, the TorkLift tie-downs you are seeking is the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLD4100 and TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear # TLD3101 if you have a board or step underneath.

If you do not have a board or step underneath then use # TLD2100 on the front and # TLD3101 on the rear.

There aren't specific turnbuckles required, but many people will choose to use TorkLift AnchorGuard Turnbuckles for Truck Camper Tie-Downs - Stainless Steel - Qty 4 # TLS9013 or TorkLift Basic SpringLoad Turnbuckles for Camper Tie-Downs - Qty 2 # TLS9000.

Yes, the turnbuckle part #TB38 is one of the turnbuckles that comes with the kit part #TDHP which has a 3,000 lb capacity as a set. The 3,000 lbs would be a safe working load limit and not the break strength capacity which Brophy does not list.
