Why It's Easier to Replace Valterra Waste Valves on RV with Valterra Valves
Question:
I bought two valves from you at the beginning of march. 3inch and 1-1/2 now that the motor home is out of storage I went to start replacement of the valves. I took out the 1-1/2 first I found out that the Lasalle bolt pattern is different but not by much then the existing Valterra. my question is am I correct in this statement and I should just buy the Velterras and swap them out. cutting and installing new piping to match the Lasalle flages would be a bit dicey. what are your thoughts? thanks you.

I'd go the easier route and use the Valterra kit part # E1003VP for the 3 inch kit since it will make the install much easier. Plastic welding in new fittings can be frustrating so I'd go the easier route!
