I'll start this off by saying that often times when springs are worn, they will flatten out and get longer when measuring the distance between the eyes (make sure you are measuring the distance when the springs are unloaded- you will need to jack the trailer up or remove the spring altogether); additionally, the other thing to consider when choosing replacement leaf springs for your trailer is the capacity of the trailer. The number of leafs in the spring is not nearly as important as getting the correct capacity and length range for your suspension system.

We don't have any springs with 2 leafs that are precisely, I've got some potential replacement options for you that I've listed below that are close to the 24" length that you're measuring.

The likely best fit for your trailer is going to be the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 23-1/2" Long # SP-113275. These springs are 23-1/2" long from the center of one eye to the center of the other. If you've got 2000-lb axles on your Cox trailer, these would be the correct solution.

If you've got 3500-lb axles on your trailer, the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 23-1/8" Long # e59SR.

You'll want to check the axle's spec sticker to find the capacity rating on the axle and then choose the best solution. If you can send me what the capacity on your axle is, I'm also happy to confirm which one of these will work or work to find you another solution for your trailer.
