The only trailer jack that will work with your existing mounting bracket and not contact the boat with a full rotation of the handle is the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack part # F1411300301. I understand this does not have the sharkskin coating you are after but the z-max finish is just as durable and will be no problem for salt or fresh water. The problem with the Fulton XLT Bolt-Thru Swivel Trailer Jack part # F141132 is that the mounting bracket is located too far down on the tube which then brings the handle up higher. If you notice the mounting bracket location on the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack you will notice it is much higher hence your increased handle clearance.
