In order to determine the towing capacities of your 2010 Chevy Aveo I would recommend checking the owners manual of your vehicle for that information. It should be listed there under towing information. If your owners manual says not to tow with your vehicle I can not safely recommend you do so.
The capacity of the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11331 that you referenced is1,000 lbs gross trailer weight plus100 lbs tongue weight. This does not mean that your vehicle is capable of these towing capacities, just the hitch. When determining what the overall towing capacity of your setup is you need to go with the lowest rated component as your overall towing capacity. Please note that the # C11331 will only fit your vehicle if it is a Sedan(4 door) and not a Coupe(2 door) model.
