Do Demco Base Plates Install In the Same Spots on the 2014 Silverado 1500 as the 2007 Silverado 1500

this has the tie downs on the front going into the frame I know on a 2007 I had it had demco base plates on it going into the frame so will the 2014 demco base plates you have work on the 2014 will they go in like they did on the 2007.

It sounds like you're trying to find out if the installation of the new Demco base plates # DM9518200 is going to be a similar process as the installation of your old Demco base plates like the # DM9517148 that fit on a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500. The answer is going to be yes.

Both of these base plates look fairly similar and the changes that have been made are going to be fairly minor to adjust for the changes in body styles. For this reason, the installation process is going to be the same and they do connect to the frame of the truck, but they will not install in the exact same spots.

I've linked a video of the installation of some Roadmaster base plates that will install onto the frame as well, using the same spots as the Demco base plates, for you to have a look at.
