Differences Between Curt and Draw-Tite Hitches for 2019 Hyundai Sonata
Question:
I need a hitch to carry by bike rack on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata. What's the difference between the Curt and the Draw-Tite? Which one should I get? Thanks!

There are a few differences. First and foremost, the Curt # C11402 is a fit for all 2019 Sonata models, while the Draw-Tite
# 24965 won't fit Hybrid models or models manufactured in Korea (If first digit of VIN is a 'K', vehicle was manufactured in Korea). Both hitches have identical capacities and would install in a similar manner, but the Curt model uses a round crosstube, while the Draw-Tite uses a square crosstube. Some folks consider the round crosstube to be more aesthetically pleasing.
As long as you you don't drive a hybrid or a Korean-Manufatured model, either hitch would work equally as well for you. If I were hard-pressed to choose between the two, I'd choose the Curt as I believe they do a slightly better job on the powder coat finish.
