Do I need to cut up the rear of my 2019 Mazda CX-5 GT to install this hitch??

If you have a GT 2019 Mazda CX-5 GT model you do have to remove a lower rear panel but there is no trimming or cutting required to install the 76138. If you had a non-GT model there wouldn't be anything that would need to be removed. I attached a picture that shows what needs to be removed.
