Michael: Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the JR Products Tri-Lug Window Knob. This is going to replace your worn out or broken crank window knob so you can enjoy that cool air blowing in the window on those nice days, or close up the window tight if a storm's blowing in. Whatever the case may be, you'll be able to use this to operate your window again. It does work with the 13/16 long shaft. Our total diameter, it's going to be right about two and a quarter inches.
You want to make sure that you've got enough room that you'll be able to turn that and still have clearance so that it doesn't hit against anything. Total thickness is about an inch and 5/16 of an inch, or a just under one and a half, as you can see there. Our clearance is 13/16 of an inch. When I measured the diameter here with digital calipers earlier, came out with 0.47, which is about 5/30 seconds of an inch of an inch. The inner diameter is 0.3 or just shy of 5/16 of an inch.When you buy this part, you are going to get the knob and the replacement screw to get it installed.
The screw is a one and 3/16 inch long, 8-32 round head machine screw. Obviously, this is the black option, if you would prefer white, if that matches your color scheme in your RV better, we also have the white option here.
