What happens sometimes when a dealership or mechanic installs the Lippert Ground Control systems like part # LC358590. They forget to check what is called the departure angle. Lippert recommends to make sure the trailer is completely level then take a string from the center of the rear tire to the jack. If your jack is completely retracted and not above the level of the string then you need to move the rear jacks up a couple of holes to avoid scraping the ground. It is recommended to have at least 7" of clearance from the ground but sometimes that is not enough depending on the trailer.
