Best improvement we can help you with is a rear sway bar upgrade for your 2015 Ram Promaster RV with the Roadmaster sway bar # RM-1129-143. This will do the best job and improving the issues you mentioned. Since Ram built your vehicle without it having an RV body installed on it the rear sway bar just isn't adequate to provide you with a stable and smooth ride quality. That's why the Roadmaster bar will help a great deal as they designed this bar to fit your vehicle and be setup for and RV application like yours.

Since the majority of an RV's weight is on the rear of the vehicle it's typically a rear sway bar that makes this biggest improvement. I did more research and it appears that the rear suspension of the ProMasters is what causes them to feel so harsh. You're at a weight where I wouldn't go with a lower spring rate or cut out a leaf spring like a lot of people recommend, but the sway bar will help make the vehicle feel more stable and also some recommend lowering tire pressure a bit.
