Delivery is quick. When the product was out of stock, they called me and gave me the choice to continue with the order or replacement. They always follow up with emails to ensure delivery. I had a problem with one product, not to their fault but with delivery. They looked into it and kept me updated and shipped a replacement. Everyone there is so pleasant. I can not be more impressed.
